Express Shipping Terms & Conditions

Express Shipping gets eligible orders to you the next working day. Here's how it works.

Details

• Eligible Products: Express Delivery applies only to products clearly marked as "Express Delivery".
• If your order contains any item that is not eligible for Express Delivery, the entire order will follow the standard delivery timeframe and next-day delivery will not apply
• Every item in your cart must be from a category marked "Express Delivery Available" to be eligible for Express Delivery
• Eligible categories may change over time — what's eligible is always shown at checkout.
• Order Cut-off Time: Express Delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 noon, provided that payment has been successfully confirmed.
• Delivery Days: Express Delivery is not available for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or certain public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.
• A flat fee of Rs 500 applies per order for express shipping, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders must be paid using an approved payment at checkout and confirmed to qualify for Express Delivery. Not all payment methods are eligible for Express Delivery

Events out of our control may prevent Express Delivery including

• Stock becomes unavailable after your order is placed.
• Incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable delivery address or contact number.
• Severe weather, cyclone warnings, or other events outside our control.

If we can't meet the promised date, we'll contact you to agree a new one.
